Yes. Bed frames, dining tables, bookshelves, desks — we disassemble at your old home and reassemble at your new home. It's included in every move at no extra charge.
Studios and 1-bedroom apartments: 2 movers is usually enough. 2–3 bedrooms: 3 movers. 4+ bedrooms or homes with lots of heavy furniture: 4 movers. We'll recommend the right crew size based on your inventory.
Moving blankets and shrink wrap are included in every move. For fragile items, we bring the materials and handle wrapping as part of the service.
Yes, most specialty items. Pianos and safes over 500 lbs require a free on-site walkthrough so we can plan equipment and crew size. Tell us about any unusual items when you book.
Aim for 2 weeks ahead for standard moves, and 3–4 weeks ahead for summer moves (June–August is peak). We can often accommodate last-minute moves — call us and we'll make it work.
Yes — stairs and long carries are included in our hourly rate on most moves. Buildings with more than 3 flights of stairs or loading distance over 75 ft may add time to the move, which we discuss upfront.
